lets get Sketchy

i was once told that "sketchyness" suits my style, but seeing as how i got photoshop, my sketches that get submited as they were are... nonexistent. so i drew up something in PS for the sole purpose of making it Sketchy! and who better to sketch than my two personal favorite mad scientists, Dr. Neo Cortex and Dr. N-Gin.
